PrayerCare (“we”, “us”) provides a prayer and care application for individuals, prayer groups, ministries, and churches. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information (email address, display name)
• Content you create in the app, such as prayers, sermon notes, group membership, care actions, and praise reports
• Device push notification tokens if you enable reminders
• Basic technical and analytics information needed to operate and improve the service (for example, page views on our website)

How we use information

• To provide and improve PrayerCare
• To send account emails (such as verification and password reset) and optional prayer reminders you choose to enable
• To keep the service secure and reliable

AI features

If you use AI-assisted prayer or verse suggestions, the text you submit for generation is sent to our AI provider solely to produce a draft for you. AI-generated prayers are editable starting points. Scripture verse text shown from AI suggestions is loaded from a trusted Bible source and is not invented by the model.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers to run PrayerCare, including Supabase (authentication and database) and email delivery providers (such as Resend). Shared group content is visible to members of groups you join or create, according to the permissions in the app.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and related data until you delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and personal data in the app under Profile → Delete Account. You may also request deletion by emailing support@prayercare.online.

Children

PrayerCare is not directed at children under 13.
